The Bilfinger Academy was established in 1994 in Norway to provide training and compentency development to both internal and external personnel.
Under the umbrella of the Bilfinger Academy, Bilfinger offers internal and external training and qualification programs for employees and managers. Practical off-the-job measures are complemented by e-learning tools and modern on-the-job instruments.
It is our goal to maintain a global learning culture within the company, that enables our employees to meet our improvement targets and achieve their professional goals. Bilfinger Academy has training programs for:

- Skilled labour training
- Apprentice programs

During the past few years, more than 1000 employees have participated in training activities through the Bilfinger Academy.
Training programs are also offered to external delegates. Since the Bilfinger Academy was formed, more than 1200 persons have received their apprenticeships in Bilfinger Industrier Norge, through the structured Academy programs.
